CNC machining – it’s all under one roof!

We’re excited to announce two additions to our workshop: our HAAS VF-2SSYT 40-Taper Vertical Mill and HAAS ST-30Y CNC Lathe.

We already offer a range of in-house manufacturing services, including laser cutting, CNC punching, folding, welding and powder coating. With the addition of our new milling and turning capabilities, we can now take our services a step further by bringing the machining of components in-house too.

From prototypes and one-off components through to repeat and bulk production, our new machinery allows us to manufacture a wider range of precision parts while keeping more of the manufacturing process under one roof.

We’re already seeing the benefits within production, with components such as bolts, bosses and other machined parts now able to be produced in-house, helping to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.

Precision sheet metal is both our name and our game — and now we can offer even more.
