CNC Machined parts- Lathe and Vertical Mill

With our new machines, with have expanded our CNC turning capabilities. With integrated Y-axis machining and live tooling, allowing us to manufacture complex turned components with milling, drilling and tapping operations completed in a single setup. A 3″ bar capacity, 10″ chuck and generous 32.5″ cutting length, the machine is well suited to batch production, one-off or repeat components. This enables us to offer a more complete machining service for precision shafts, flanges, bushings, housings, fittings and other complex cylindrical components, reducing the need for multiple machining operations.

Alongside our Lathe, we have a Vertical Mill on site; providing high-speed, precision 3-axis milling with a 30″ × 20″ × 20″ machining envelope, 12,000 rpm spindle and 30+1 tool capacity. Its extended Y-axis travel and rapid tool changes make it ideal for producing detailed and complex components efficiently, from individual prototypes and tooling through to repeat and higher-volume production. This capability allows us to manufacture precision plates, brackets, housings, fixtures, machine components and other intricate parts to customer drawings, with excellent flexibility across a wide range of materials and applications.
